I'm impressed with this Cuisinart. It's a solid mid-range processor with an 8-cup capacity—enough for most families. The 3 speeds plus pulse give excellent control. The stainless steel and black look sleek. It handles chopping, slicing, shredding, grating, and even citrus. The parts are dishwasher-safe, which is a huge plus. The non-slip feet keep it stable. For $85, it's a great value for a new unit with a brand name. My only minor gripe: the cord is 60 inches, could be longer. But overall, a reliable workhorse.
